Fried Rice has a global acceptance amongst all foodies, ethnicities and ages. There are 100 plus variants of this dish (as long as you 'Fry' the rice), but this is the most easy and quick recipe, which my wife makes at home (and to be honest, one of the best usage of the left over rice :-)), and this is one of the most favourites for all of us.


You can eat this AS-IS, or if you have time, you can cook Chilli Chicken / Chilli Fish (Recipe: here) and that is an unbeatable combination and assured instant hit for any occasion.
