Hello, Foodies!

Welcome to my  page. I am Rushy, from Aalen, Germany. I was born & brought up in India(Kolkata) and for the last five years I have been living in Germany with my lovely Family. 

I have explored  different cultures all around the world in last 15 years . Not only I do enjoy recreating Indian dishes with a hint of Swaad Rasoi, I have also attempted on making my own desserts with the help of my passion for cooking . 

The biggest challenge I have experienced is, unavailability of true regional Indian cuisine (Honestly, there is nothing called 'Indian Food'), and even right ingredients are hard to get, to make that taste at home.

Here is my small attempt to help all, to bridge the gaps, where I wanted to reach out to millions of food lovers in Germany & Europe who crave for the real taste of regional Indian cuisine.
