Serving Instruction for - Prawn Cutlet, Egg Devil, Veg Chop and Samosa
1. Please use your oven for the best result. You can also use your microwave and heat the food for 45-6o seconds, bur it may not give the desired crispness.

2. Pre heat the oven at 180 degree for 2-3 mins

3. Put the food on the rack (you can use an Aluminium tray or a sheet of baking paper to avoid putting the food directly on the rack )

4. Heat it for 4-6 mins. Make sure not to overheat, just to give the crispness back to the surface.

5. Serve with Tomato Sauce, Sweet Chilli Sauce or Kasundi (Indian Mustard Sauce). you can also sprinkle a little black salt (not for Samosa), to give extra punch
Serving Instructions for Peas Kachori and Aloor Dum
1. Heat both dishes separately in the microwave for 60-90 seconds .
2. Enjoy :-)


Serving Suggestions - Drums of Heaven / Chicken Lollipop
1. For the best result for Drums Of Heaven, you can heat it it in oven for 4-5 mins at 180 degree or keep it at room temperature, and heat it on pan at a medium heat for 4-5 mins (stir continuously please). Alternatively, microwave is always a quick choice :-) (but not the best one). Heat it for 60-90 seconds in microwave and enjoy with paratha.

2. For Chicken Lollipop, please use oven (heat for 4-5 mins at 180 degree) to get the crispness back. you can either sprinkle some chaat masala or enjoy it AS-IS with Sweet Chilli Sauce.
